STRUCTURE OF THE SCHOOL

Highlands Christian School consists of a Pre-school, Primary school and a Junior Secondary School. The Pre-school has Junior classes (for four- and five-year olds) and Pre-primary classes.

Higlands Christian School is registered with the Ministry of Basic Education.

Each department is overseen by the Head of Department. The Head of Department work with the Principal, who is responsible for the general affairs of the school.

The Church Board handles policy decision-making and human resources.

OBJECTIVES

Christian principles provide the basis for Highlands Christian School.

Our main objectives are:

To provide a Christ-Centered environment for learning;
To teach all children about the love of Jesus and that there is salvation through Him;
To educate children with a curriculum suited to their age and grade level, and encourage them to learn and improve to the best of their ability;

To teach children necessary social skills and especially to respect and show love to all people groups
